Food Recall for Select Gatorade Published Feb. 25, 2014 By TSgt Silvia Garcia 82 AMDS/SGPM SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 82d AMDS Public Health Flight received a Food Recall for Select Gatorade Recover Whey Protein Bar Products. Gatorade has initiated a voluntary recall of the following Gatorade's Recover Whey Protein Bar Products. The labels for these products do not include a statement alerting consumers that these products were manufactured on equipment that is also used to process peanuts and tree nuts. The Gatorade Recover Whey Protein Bars were being sold on Sheppard AFB and nationwide; facilities that were selling Gatorade's Recover Whey Protein Bars currently has the product on medical hold. Other Gatorade bars, including Gatorade Energy Bars, are not affected by this recall. If you bought this product please dispose or return it from the place of purchase.
