Food recall for Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Singles Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac Published Jan. 27, 2014 By 82d Medical Group 82d AMDS Public Health Flight SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 82d AMDS Public Health Flight received a Food Recall for: Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Singles- ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER MAC, 9 oz. microwaveable containers packages. Truitt Brothers Inc., an East Bernstadt, Ky. establishment is recalling approximately 1.77 million pounds of shelf-stable pasta and ground beef products because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The products are formulated with hydrolyzed soy protein and dried soy sauce, known allergens, which are NOT declared on the label. This product was sold on Sheppard AFB and nationwide; facilities that were selling 9oz Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Singles- ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER MAC, 9 oz. microwaveable containers packages currently have the product on medical hold. Products are listed with a Used By/Sell By date code of "02 MARCH 2014 - 23 OCT 2014." Identifying UPC codes are: 2100004329, and case codes are: 00210000432900, 00210000432910, 00210000432925, 00210000464000 and 00210000465100.
