Supervisor comments:

“Mr. Hawkins is a master instructor with 30 years of experience,” said Master Sgt. Jeremiah Layton, instructor supervisor. “He traveled TDY to attend C-130J engine familiarization training and then trained all of our turboprop instructors. He has a keen eye for course writing, which proved valuable during our recent course rewrite and validation that was pivotal to an increase in student understanding and overall block test scores. Mr. Hawkins leads the Propulsion Flight’s technical order program which has been plagued with E-tool connectivity and update issues. His diligence and resolve to correct the issue has prevented lost training time.”
