“I came into the Air Force in 2006 right out of high school,”
he said. “I joined to travel and serve my country, and I have been able to do
so. Up until this assignment, I have been stationed overseas in my original

comments:
“In his short time
with the 359th, Staff Sergeant Escobar has been a pivotal team member in the
Military Training Flight machine,” said Tech Sgt. Ya’acov Mosly, military
training flight chief. “He has proven
himself to be a superb military training leader by navigating through three
emergency leave situations, along with being a driving force behind a
humanitarian assignment for one of our non-prior service Airman. He used his experience
as an air transportation specialist to lead a joint service team of Airmen,
Sailors and Marines to support ground crew operations in support of the Secretary
of Defense and Joint Civilian Orientation Conference. He has been recognized
for his outstanding can-do attitude by the 96th Test Wing commander along with
the command chief. Staff Sergeant Escobar epitomizes the true meaning of
service before self, and will be a great addition to any unit in the U.S. Air
Force.”
