SHEPPARD AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --
Sheppard Clinic will be closed for training and the
Columbus Day holiday beginning Friday, Oct. 7 at 12 p.m. and Monday,
Oct. 10. The facility will re-open on
Tuesday, October 11 at 7:30 p.m. Please mark
your calendars.
Medication must be called in by Thursday, Oct. 6 no
later than 12 p.m. for pick up on Friday, Oct. 7 between 7:30-11:45 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For emergencies call 911 or report to the nearest
emergency room (threat to life, limb or eyesight). For urgent care call (940)
676-1847 to speak with the Nurse Advice Line (NAL). Urgent care without prior
authorization may result in out of pocket costs.
