Sheppard Air Force Base participated in the 14th Wichita Falls Adult Literacy Council Spelling Bee on Nov. 10 in Wichita Falls, Texas. The annual event increases awareness of a 23 percent illiteracy rate in the county, promotes tutoring and fosters education. The three-member team of Capt.
