Stamped concrete plaza with tensile structure & seating 2. Plaza & outdoor seating 3. Troop walkways 4. Additional parking 5. Physical training pads 6. Outdoor covered dining area 7. Central clock tower w/colored concrete plaza, covered walkway, and outdoor amphitheater 8. Avenue H is multi-use 9. Avenue G is multi-use
