Thank you for visiting the Sheppard Air Force Base photo gallery. Since the site was established in 2007, thousands of images from training activities to support functions, family events and more have been captured and posted here. A change in the content management system has limited the number of gallery pages to 100, so guests will not be able to scroll through the pages to the very beginning of our collection. 2009 blizzard brings out best in Sheppard

Sheppard senior leaders were recognized by Mike Slye, (center in black shirt) the city manager of Burkburnett, Texas, and Carl Law (center in black suit), the mayor of Burkburnett, Jan. 12 in the 82nd Training Wing Conference room, for their help rescuing scores of motorists stranded along Interstate 44 and Highway 287 during a blizzard Dec. 24.
