  • Doolittle set to strive with own destiny

    Airman 1st Class John Taylor Doolittle Jr., a distant relative of the Air Force legend, graduated Sept. 3, 2020, from the 362nd Training Squadron’s F-16 Fighting Falcon crew chief apprentice course here. He is looking to make his own mark in military service as an aircraft maintainer, much like the Army Air Corps and Sheppard-trained mechanics who maintained B-25s used in the Doolittle Raid eight decades ago.
