372nd TRS stands up PACAF's first F-35 field training detachment

The 372nd Training Squadron’s Detachment 25 stood up the first F-35 field training detachment in the Pacific Air Forces command and completed its first F-35 Egress and Low Observable courses on Feb. 5, at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.

Sheppard a stop during F-35A Lightning II road tour

Combat pilots from Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, made a stop here Jan. 11 to give students of the 80th Flying Training Wing’s Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program and up-close look at the sleek one-seater jet as well as talk about some of its unique features and how the Air Force is deploying it now and into the future.
