At Sheppard NCO Academy, we emphasize a holistic approach to developing a well-rounded, fit, and ready force across all domains: physical, mental, social, and spiritual. Our Human Performance program ensures students engage with various guest speakers, enriching their knowledge and expanding their perspectives. A class social event fosters camaraderie and strengthens social bonds among peers. In the Spiritual domain we focus on giving back to others through volunteer service and blood drives. The physical domain is paramount, culminating in an Academy Readiness Assessment, which will be conducted no later than DOE 5.
