Military Working Dog Retirement

Join the base in celebrating the retirement of Military Working Dogs Jessy, Duck, Bodro and Roxar, Oct. 28, 2016, at 10 a.m. in the base theater. There is no cost to attend and the uniform for attendance will be ABUs for military and business casual for civilians.

Combined Federal Campaign


The CFC began Oct. 17, and will run through Nov. 26, 2016. Last year, Sheppard raised approximately $146,000 and this year’s goal is to reach $150,000 in donations. The kick-off event has already raised $1,090 to be donated.

Air Force Aid Society

Air Force Aid Society emergency assistance is available to Airmen and their eligible family members to meet immediate needs in an emergency situation. The Society provides interest free loans and grants based on the individual situation for needs such as:
