Staff Sgt. Wioland Pantoja-Slavin, 363rd Training Squadron F-22 weapons instructor and native of Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, has been in the Air Force for nine years and is the Instructor of the Week at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, for the week of July 18-24, 2017.
